It is important to start a weight loss program with the right goal in mind, weight maintenance. Our natural weight loss protocol is based on changing your habits and improving your metabolism without the use of stimulants, appetite suppressants or any artificial fat burners. PHASE 1

This phase involves 2 main principles: changing your habits and improving your metabolism. We reverse your body's fat storage metabolism to a fat burning metabolism. You are in a healthy, low-fat, nutritional ketosis until reaching your healthy weight goal.


PHASE 2
TRANSITION

This process involves 3 main principles: stabilizing your metabolism, adjusting your caloric intake and reintroducing you to a balanced diet. We continue to help you build healthy habits. Properly transitioning out of the fat burning phase is very important for long-term maintenance. These steps ensure that you permanently maintain the health benefits, physiological improvements and the weight loss goals you achieved while on the protocol.

ACTIVE MAINTENANCE
